Kindness Is Contagious — Especially at Christmas

Anyone Can Join In Kindness!

How It All Began
Christmas Kindness started from a simple idea — to turn gratitude into action.
As a child, my family once found ourselves on an angel tree. We were blessed by strangers’ kindness more than once, and it left an imprint that never faded. My dad and grandfather both lived by a quiet rule: be good people and help others if you can.
Years later, I realized kindness doesn’t always have to be big — or even cost a thing. Sometimes it’s using the gifts you already have to make someone’s day a little lighter.
One Christmas, after helping a grieving family through design work, I received an unexpected gift — a $500 donation I never asked for. That moment changed everything. I used it to give anonymously — to a mom looking for "boy baby doll clothes", a “diaper dump” for a struggling mom, small surprises, gifts and random acts of kindness that reminded people they were seen. It was truly one of the most rewarding Christmas Seasons I experienced.
And with that, the idea for 12 Days of Christmas Kindness was born.
It started as a small group of friends doing good together — and has grown into a community movement of giving, service, and simple kindness that shines all season long.

What the 12 Days Are All About

Each December, we come together to share kindness in big and small ways.
Some days focus on giving — like collecting gifts for seniors or stocking pantries.
Others focus on simple gestures — holding the door, writing a note, or sharing a smile.
Every prompt is designed so anyone can join in — whether you have a few dollars
to give or just a few moments to spare.
Because every act, no matter how small, adds light to someone’s world.
